What to Expect in the First Session
The first session will be an in-person appointment lasting one hour. We will assess your
strengths and challenges, and create a tailored treatment plan to support your progress
toward your goals.
Subsequent sessions will last 45 minutes and are typically scheduled on a weekly or
fortnightly basis, depending on your rehabilitation needs.
